Here are the standard terms for a collateral loan:

Interest rate: 7% of the borrowed amount per month
Example:

Minimum loan: $2,500

Monthly interest: $2,500 × 7% = $175

Interest for 4 months: $175 × 4 = $700

Total amount due at end of 4 months: $2,500 + $700 = $3,200
Partial repayment example:

If paid in the first month: $2,500 + $175 = $2,675

If paid at the 4-month pick-up: $3,200
The amount of the collateral loan is determined by the wholesale or market value of the items pawned.
